FRANKLIN, Ind. – The holiday season is in full force, and cities across south-central Indiana are holding their Christmas celebrations this weekend, including Franklin.
The 2019 Franklin Holiday Lighting is set for Saturday and is filled with all sorts of activities for residents to enjoy. Festivities get underway at 10 a.m. with a live nativity scene and a Dec-A-Tree display at the Johnson County Museum of History. Later in the afternoon, the Winter Market opens and you can enjoy a book sale, sing-a-longs, and vendors.
The day of fun and celebration culminates with the Lighted Holiday Parade starting at 5:30 p.m.
