GREENWOOD, Ind. – Indiana American Water and the American Water Charitable Foundation are collaborating to make $25,000 in relief funds available to Hoosier non-profit groups as part of their COVID-19 Response Fund. The money is being allocated to 14 organizations in communities served by Indiana American Water.
“We are an active participant in every community we serve in Indiana,” said Indiana American Water President Matt Prine. “Giving back is an important part of who we are as a company.”
Funds will be used by non-profits to provide meals, stock local food pantries, purchase face masks and other safety supplies, and to provide financial and other social services to impacted residents.
