COLUMBUS, Ind. – The Bartholomew Consolidated School Corporation (BCSC) is moving forward with the start of the 2020-2021 school year this Monday, August 10.
Officials say that they are continuing to work with Columbus Regional Health and the Bartholomew County Health Department, as well as reviewing data from surrounding counties in order to determine community spread and the BCSC school status.
Overall, the indicators show the percent positive test rate and the per capita positive test rate are still increasing in Bartholomew County, while hospitalizations are decreasing. The turnaround time for test results remains at approximately three days.
