INDIANAPOLIS — Some Indiana college campuses are experiencing an increase in mumps cases.
Nine students at Butler University have contracted the virus. Indiana University has reported four cases in Bloomington. One case has been reported at IUPUI.
Mumps is a contagious disease that causes causing swelling in the face, and possible sterility in adult males.
