COLUMBUS, Ind. – More than 900 people gathered at The Commons in Columbus Saturday for Developmental Services, Inc.’s eight annual D-Vine Winter Wine and Beer Festival.
The event set attendance and proceeds records with nearly $22,000 raised to benefit individuals with disabilities.
“I am thrilled with the show of community support we’re seeing,” said DSI Development Administrator Amy Kleinert. “I can’t thank our sponsors and volunteers enough. The proceeds from this festival are going to help a lot of people that DSI serves.”
DSI provides services to children and adults with disabilities in Brown, Bartholomew, Decatur, Jackson, Jennings, Jefferson, Shelby, Johnson, Monroe, Rush and Ripley counties, the Wabash Valley area and most of central and southern Indiana.
