GREENWOOD, Ind. — Travel delays are anticipated throughout the week on Interstate 65 between Greenwood and Franklin for nighttime road work.
Crews plan to set concrete barrier walls in both the northbound and southbound lanes from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.
This will permit workers to strengthen shoulder areas in advance of traffic shifts and construction activities in the I-65 median area.
The Indiana Department of Transportation says favorable weather and around-the-clock construction can yield the finished project by the end of October.
