FRANKLIN, Ind. – A Trafalgar man was arrested Friday afternoon after an incident of road rage on U.S. 31, near Franklin. According to a police report, Corey Spears, 27, admitted to officers that he pointed an empty handgun at a driver he believed had cut him off. He was taken without incident to the Johnson County Jail and charged with carrying a handgun without a license, and pointing a firearm.
