COLUMBUS, Ind. – Apprisen, in partnership with First Financial Bank, Southern Indiana Housing and Community Development Corporation, and the Lincoln Central Neighborhood Homebuyer Program, is sponsoring a free first-time homebuyer workshop, on Saturday, October 30, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at YES Cinema.
The workshop will discuss how to prepare for homeownership, choosing a lender and a real estate agent, understanding budgets, and much more.
