NORTH VERNON, Ind. — A tip led to the arrest of a suspected drug dealer and another person in North Vernon this week.
Law Enforcement attempted to serve a warrant on a woman on Whitehall Drive in Country Squire Lakes around 8 p.m. Tuesday. The residence was occupied by Joni Little, 33, and Larry Janes, 65, both of North Vernon. Once inside the home, police observed several drug-related items in open view.
After securing a search warrant, police found additional items related to sale and distribution of methamphetamine, marijuana, other narcotics and paraphernalia.
Both were taken to the Jennings County Jail and are being held on multiple drug related charges.
