Driver jailed, victim hospitalized in hit-skip crash

A Columbus man was flown to the hospital after being struck by a vehicle Monday night. Columbus police officers located Benjamin Taylor, 27, of Columbus, unresponsive after being struck by a car in the 1200 block of 13th Street. Taylor was flown to Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis for injuries and was placed in the intensive care unit. Benjamin “Seaun” Anderson, 31, of Columbus, was taken into custody and charged with leaving the scene of a crash involving serious bodily injury. Read more by clicking here.
