COLUMBUS, Ind. – The Columbus Fire Department CFD) was called to the Hyundai of Columbus used car store, at 3040 National Rd., on Friday afternoon, after the report of smoke in the building.
When firefighters arrived and investigated the situation, they could not find a fire associated with the smoke.
The investigation revealed a faulty rooftop air handling unit, which firefighters disconnected.
There were no injuries and no damage, according to CFD.
