Jennings County woman goes missing; Silver Alert issued

PARIS CROSSING, Ind. - The Jennings County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public to help find Lisa Bedel, 54, of Paris Crossing. She is missing from southern Jennings County, near Hoosier Hilltoppers, on S. County Road 410W.

The Indiana State Police (ISP) declared a statewide "Silver Alert" at 7:30 p.m. on Sunday.

Lisa Bedel is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. She has red hair and brown eyes. She was last wearing a pink shirt and black sweatpants.

ISP says she was last seen on Saturday, September 19, at 10:30 p.m.  She is believed to be in danger and may require medical assistance.

Anyone who has seen Lisa or has information regarding her whereabouts is asked to contact the Jennings County Sheriff’s Office at 812-346-8642.

Until she is located, residents will notice a large presence of law enforcement personnel and first responders in the area.
