EDINBURGH, Ind. - The Town of Edinburgh welcomed a new business to its downtown during the first week of 2026. The new year is off to a delicious start with the opening of Lola's Bakeshop.
Brittany Rader, a local owner and entrepreneur, is serving up Bavarian pretzels, breads, cookies, and more. She is a classically trained pastry chef who creates simple, delicious baked goods.
Rader said, "We focus on soft, handmade pretzels. Everything is made from real ingredients using no shortcuts, just good baking. Stop in for a treat and order pretzel bites for an upcoming football or basketball game."
Lola's BakeShop is located at 109 W. Main Cross St. (next to the barber shop).
