GREENWOOD, Ind. - To better serve residents, the City of Greenwood is updating its payment portal starting in the October billing cycle.
You can access the "Pay My Bill" portal to view updates regarding the city's new utility billing system and payment options.
Here are the details on billing and payments:
- Sanitary sewer, trash, and stormwater charges will now appear on one bill
- Any existing account credits will transfer to your new combined account
- If you use autopay directly through the City, no action is needed
- If you use autopay through the current online portal, you will need to register for the new portal and set up autopay again on or after October 5
- Payments can be made via the City of Greenwood Pay My Bill page
- Payments can be made over the phone using the new phone number, 317-961-8359
- There are no processing fees for online or phone payments
