COLUMBUS, Ind. - After the recent resignation of City Council President Frank Miller, the Columbus City Council elected new leadership at its Tuesday, September 2 meeting.
The council voted to elect Kent Anderson as the new City Council President and Elaine Hilber as Vice President.
Miller resigned last week. Council members recognized him for his nearly three years of guidance as the city transitioned into a second-class city.
