INDIANAPOLIS - The Indiana Department of Natural Resources (DNR) says that hunters can now apply for reserved hunts online. The reserved hunts include private and public land hunts.
The online application method, available at GoOutdoorsIN.com, is the only way to apply for the hunts listed.
Applicants must possess a hunting license that is valid for the hunt for which they are applying. A $1 tech fee is charged for each hunt application purchased.
Hunters at each participating property will be selected through random computerized draws and will be able to view results online. An email will be sent to all applicants when the drawings have been completed.
Reserved hunts in this application period include:
- Dove hunts at the Atterbury Fish & Wildlife Area
- Goose, early teal, squirrel, and youth deer hunts on Indiana Private Lands Access sites in Bartholomew County
- Youth deer hunts on Muscatatuck National Wildlife Refuge
Applications must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, July 29. No late entries will be accepted. For a complete list of available hunts, go to on.IN.gov/reservedhunt.
