To access the Spanish version, follow these simple steps:
- Visit mychart.crh.org or open the MyChart app on your mobile device
- On the top right of the screen, find the “Change Language” option
- Select Spanish
If you need help with MyChart or have questions about your account, contact your doctor’s office or call WellConnect at 812.343.9840.
