Local Holiday Inn Express/Suites receives elite honor

EDINBURGH/COLUMBUS, Ind. - IHG Hotels and Resorts (IHG), with nearly 7,000 global properties across 21 brands, has honored Holiday Inn Express & Suites Columbus/Edinburgh and its team with a 2025 Torchbearer Award. 

The accolade is a Top Performance Award for their outstanding achievements and commitment to upholding IHG’s mission to deliver “True Hospitality for Good” every day.     

The annual Performance Awards recognize hotels for leadership and metric attainment across several key criteria, including guest service and satisfaction, cleanliness, and amplification of the IHG One Rewards loyalty program.   

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Columbus/Edinburgh, a Sprague Hotel, is one of the elite Performance Awards honorees selected among the organization’s nearly 4,600 regional hotels spanning the United States, Canada, Mexico, Latin America, and South America.
