Reduced conflict intersection turn lanes, signals on U.S. 31 are now functioning

FRANKLIN, Ind. - The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) announced Tuesday that the new signalized reduced-conflict intersection turn lanes located between Franklin Lakes Boulevard and Nineveh Street are operational.
