COLUMBUS, Ind. - The Columbus Police Department (CPD), Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO), and the Indiana State Police (ISP) will be participating in an annual Law Enforcement Memorial Service at 9 a.m. on Friday, May 15, in the Public Safety Plaza near 2nd and Brown Streets, in Columbus.
This service will honor and pay respect to the 115 law enforcement officers who died in the line of duty in 2025, including two from Indiana.
The memorial service will take place on the Friday of National Police Week.
All citizens are welcome to attend.
