COLUMBUS, Ind. - The Crump Theatre announced this week that the State of Indiana recently awarded it nearly $6.1 million in READI 2.0 funds for the revitalization of the historic theatre.
This grant represents the State’s recognition of decades of hard work in preserving Indiana’s oldest remaining theatre and the future of Columbus as a hub of entertainment.
Combined with approximately $5 million in private funding and pledges, the Crump Theatre is on track for a late 2028 grand reopening.
