Kiwanis 5K Walk/Run benefiting Riley Hospital is next month

COLUMBUS, Ind. - The Meridian Kiwanis Club of Columbus presents its annual 5K Walk/Run to support Riley Hospital and the Kiwanis K-Bug reading program for kids.

The event takes place on Saturday, May 9, at the Ivy Tech Columbus Campus, 4475 Central Ave.   

Whether you’re a seasoned runner, a casual walker, or just looking for a fun way to support your community, you are invited.   

Enjoy a morning of fitness and community while making a positive impact, one step at a time.   

Register by May 1 for $25 and receive a t-shirt, gift bag, and door prize chance tickets. After May 1, the cost is $30. Sign up at www.indianatiming.com.   

Registration on the Day of the 5K starts at 7:30 a.m., and the race begins at 8:15.
