SEYMOUR, Ind. - Columbus Regional Health (CRH) has announced a new Seymour location for Southern Indiana Heart and Vascular.
The new office opens on Wednesday, May 27, at 1020 W. Second Street, Seymour. The phone number, 812-379-2020, remains the same.
Patients scheduled for appointments through May 21 (in Seymour) will continue to be seen at the existing Jackson Medical Building location on Pine Street. Appointments on and after May 27 will be held at the new West Second Street office.
CRH delivers comprehensive cardiovascular care, including interventional cardiology, structural heart services, electrophysiology, cardiac rehab, and 24/7 STEMI coverage to Jackson County and the surrounding southcentral Indiana region.
In addition to Seymour, Southern Indiana Heart and Vascular also continues to serve patients at locations in Columbus, North Vernon, and Greensburg.
