FRANKLIN, Ind. - The City of Franklin Government recently completed the development of its 2026 Comprehensive Plan, which will navigate the City's future growth while preserving its historic character, strong neighborhoods, and quality of life.
It establishes a shared vision for land use, housing, transportation, economic development, and environmental stewardship.
The 2026 Comprehensive Plan, adopted on July 6, will build on the City of Franklin's strong foundation and provide a framework that guides thoughtful growth and community investment.
