GREENWOOD, Ind. – The City of Greenwood invites you to stop by the Greenwood City Center and experience the magic of this year’s Christmas theme: “Twas the Night Before Christmas in the City.”

GREENWOOD, Ind. – The City of Greenwood invites you to stop by the Greenwood City Center and experience the magic of this year’s Christmas theme: “Twas the Night Before Christmas in the City.”

The building has been transformed into a warm, whimsical holiday scene thanks to the creativity, talent, and hard work of many people across our community. From handcrafted ornaments to beautifully illustrated children’s book artwork, every detail brings the story to life.

Everyone is welcome to take a stroll through the City Center and enjoy the Christmas decorations; it’s the perfect way to get into the holiday spirit.

Here are the contributors:

  • Head Designer: Julia Reynolds, Greenwood Public Library
  • Children’s Book Construction: Allan Figy, Greenwood High School Construction Trades
  • Children’s Book Artwork: Sun-Young Gullery, Greenwood High School Art Department
  • City Ornaments: Studio Makerspace, Greenwood Public Library
  • Snowflakes: Greenwood High School Theater Department
  • Outside Planters: Miss M’s Home and Garden
  • Assembly Team: Greenwood Public Library, Modern Woodmen, Queen Bee Spa, Teal Canary Art Studio

Mayor Mark Myers said, “Thank you to all who contributed to making the City Center shine this holiday season. Come see the decorations and enjoy the festive atmosphere.”
