This week marked the start of the paramedic orientation and recruit process, an important step in preparing the new team members to serve the community safely and professionally.
Throughout the week, they were introduced to the Bargersville Fire Department’s history, expectations, and operational standards while completing hands-on training and familiarization.
Some of the topics covered included patient care documentation, advanced life-saving equipment, emergency vehicle operations, area familiarization, and critical firefighter rescue skills.
