COLUMBUS, Ind. – Portions of 18th and Elm Streets will close in early September for a Columbus City Utilities water tower replacement project scheduled through Sept. 30.
The closures will include 18th Street, from Elm Street to the alley west of the water tower, and Elm Street, from 18th Street south to the water tower property line.
Motorists are advised to be extra cautious when traveling in the area during the maintenance.
