SEYMOUR, Ind. - The team of Tyler Bullard, Andon Self, Joe Bullard, and Dave Self combined to score a 55 and placed first in the 45th Annual "Dr. Bud” Golf Scramble at Shadowood Golf Course on June 24.
Eric Fish, MD, President/CEO of Schneck Medical Center, reported that 55 teams participated in the event to raise funds for the Dr. “Bud” Nursing Scholarship Fund. The scholarship program was established in honor of Dr. H.P. “Bud” Graessle.
Born in Seymour, Dr. Graessle was a practicing physician and surgeon for 53 years until retiring in 1971. All proceeds from the golf scramble provide scholarships for nursing students in Jackson, Jennings, Scott, and Washington counties.
