JACKSON COUNTY, Ind. – SPARK Jackson County has announced that applications are now being accepted for the third annual SPARK Tank Pitch Competition. The contest gives aspiring entrepreneurs the chance to make their business dreams come true.
Jackson County residents who are high school age or older are invited to submit an original startup business idea and compete for up to $15,000 in prize funding. The competition is designed to encourage innovation, support entrepreneurship, and help launch the next generation of local businesses.
Applications are due by Monday, August 31. Additional information and the online application are available at www.SPARKJacksonCounty.com.
Selected finalists will advance to the live SPARK Tank Pitch Competition on Thursday, October 22, at 6 p.m. Finalists will present their business ideas before a panel of judges and a live audience, competing for cash prizes to help bring their ventures to life. The public is invited to attend and cheer on the finalists.
