NORTH VERNON, Ind. - The Jennings County Sheriff's Office (JCSO) and other agencies assisted US Marshals in the arrest of a Minnesota/Indiana sex offender on Thursday, March 5.
Deputies from the Jennings County Sheriff's Office, along with detectives from the Sheriff's Office and Indiana's Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, assisted the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in locating and serving an arrest warrant on 34 year old Brandon K. Cameron of Minnesota.
Cameron was a fugitive from justice in Minnesota after removing an electronic monitoring bracelet related to original charges of solicitation of a minor.
He was taken into custody without incident and is being held on a $85,000 bond. Cameron is also a registered sex offender in Indiana.
