COLUMBUS, Ind. —Nonprofit organizations in Bartholomew, Jackson, Jennings and Decatur counties that serve aging adults and special needs populations are eligible to apply for grant funding from the Voelz, Reed, and Mount (VRM) Foundation.
VRM is for projects and programs that have a positive impact on the lives of special needs populations, senior citizens, and their families.
Grant applications are now being accepted through May 8. Grant awards will average $500 to $1,500 each. Larger grants may be considered. Grant recipients will be announced in June.
Since 2022, when the local law firm partnered with Heritage Fund to establish the business foundation, it has awarded nearly $70,000 to support communities where they do business and to provide support for special needs populations, senior citizens, and their families.
For more information about the VRM Foundation or for details on how to apply for a grant, see Grant Opportunities at heritagefundbc.org/grants.
