Schneck announces leadership appointments, title changes

SEYMOUR, Ind. - Schneck Medical Center recently promoted Mindy Roeder, MBA, to Vice President of Specialty/Surgical Services and Business Development.

In her new role, Roeder will oversee Schneck’s specialty and surgical service lines, driving strategic growth initiatives and fostering partnerships to enhance patient care and expand access to advanced medical services. She will also lead business development efforts to support Schneck’s mission and long-term vision.

Roeder began her career at Schneck in 2011 as Director of Physician Recruitment and has since advanced through several leadership roles, including Director of Business Development and Executive Director of Business Development and Provider Relations. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, and risk management from Indiana State University and an MBA with a concentration in healthcare from the University of Southern Indiana.

In addition to Ms. Roeder’s appointment, Schneck announces the following leadership title changes:

  • Kathy Covert, MSM, SHRM-CP, CHM - Vice President of Professional Services and Chief Human Resources Officer
  • Deborah Mann, CPA, MBA - Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
  • Susan Zabor, MBA, MSN, BSN, FACHE, CSSBB - Vice President of Primary Care and Chief Quality Officer
